Handling Field Ops Queries & Complaints
Processing of cheques / cash / credit card
Poll Coll clearance
Petty Cash Management
Vendor Management
Statutory and Facility Management
Agency Contract Existing agents
Adherence to all regulatory requirements
Agent Licensing New
Training program reimbursement
Processing of customer request – POS
Desired Candidate Profile

Must have a minimum of 0-3 years experience of which atleast in customer service / operations / Finance

 

 

Salary: INR 50,000 – 2,75,000 PA.
