Roles and Responsibilities

UI/UX Designer is responsible for the visual, navigation, and interaction design for leading-edge web solutions and mobile applications. Applies user-centred design methods to translate user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities into best-in-class user experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

Solving design challenges and producing high-quality UX and visual design solutions
Design for simplicity and ease of use
Create simple data visualizations, both interactive and static
Design both web and native mobile apps. Establish design conventions that go across devices.
Strong communication skills that enable smooth work style with other designers, stakeholders, product managers, technology teams & other teams
Produce detailed guidelines that explain interactions and product experiences
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
Determine information architecture and sitemaps
Conduct usability testing
Optimize existing user interface designs
Expert use of design tools; Adobe Xd & adobe suite or any other design tools
