Operations Executive

Description :

The *Operations Executive role* includes the following tasks: Communicating with upper management to develop strategic *operations* goals. Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers. Making sure the operation happens uninterrupted 24/7.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

· Handling customer query

· Supervising the staff from various departments

· Making sure the daily check lists are followed.

· Managing timelines of various works.

*Required Experience and Qualifications*

· Prior experience of customer handling.

· Graduation is must.

· Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
