Job Description

Any Graduate
Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire
Min. 5 years in sales and documentation of loans of which at least 3-4 years in secured loans,or loan against property in an Bank. Mixed experience of Sales + Credit is acceptable, but should be predominantly in sales
Drive this business in the respective cluster.
Responsible for overall growth and success of the business in the cluster.
Oversees the performance of the MSE portfolio of his/her cluster in terms of growth (amount and client base) and productivity of relationship officers by guiding them and carrying out constructive reviews of their performance.
Guides the relationship officers in carrying out marketing and sales activity, customer appraisals and proposal preparation.
Maintains relationship with high value MSE customers to maximize value and get referrals
Exercises control and carries out recovery of loans in his/her cluster, carries out risk assessment and recovery strategies
