Job Summary
We are looking for a vibrant Business Development Executive to build and preserve trusting relationship with our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Building positive relationship with the customers.
Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships.
Suggesting information about our software.
To understand customer needs and to communicate with the head office.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
Seek opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to existing clients.
