1. Business Mix of Commercial and Consumer Lines

2. GPW/Non Motor GPW growth

3. Maintaining Hygiene Cheque Bounce & Receivables

4. Retention

5. Recruitment

6. Activation

Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
Make individual agents grow Year On Year
Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
